Responsibilities for a Physical Therapist:

• Employ hands-on manual therapy techniques to target musculoskeletal issues and expedite healing processes.
• Educate patients and their support networks on preventative measures and customized home exercise regimes.
• Foster collaborative relationships with fellow healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic exercises to bolster strength, flexibility, and endurance.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical capabilities and craft tailored treatment plans.

• Possession of a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain).
• CPR Certification.
• Proficient clinical judgment and adept problem-solving skills.
• Ability to function autonomously as well as part of a cohesive interdisciplinary team.
