Physical Therapist Opportunity

We have been engaged by one of our clients in the region to help them recruit a Physical Therapist to join their growing team. Our client is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to improving the lives of our patients through personalized, compassionate care. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, and other physical ailments. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical histories and physical conditions to determine the most effective treatment plans.
  • Develop customized therapy programs tailored to each patient's needs, goals, and abilities.
  • Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, exercises, and modalities to improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance.
  • Monitor and assess patients' progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, therapeutic exercises, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans and ensure continuity of care.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid Washington state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Proven experience working as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to empathize with patients and provide compassionate care.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to staying current with advancements in the field of physical therapy through continuing education and professional development.
