Primary Scheduled Hours for PT: 80 hours per pay period - Day shift

Physical Therapist Job Summary:

As a Physical Therapist, you'll be responsible for evaluation, planning, directing, and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician. Your role will involve coordinating and supervising supportive staff, participating in operational aspects of the department, and contributing to performance improvement and CQI activities.

Education Background and Experience:

• Minimum Education: Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy or accredited college/university with a certificate in Physical Therapy.
• Required Licensure / Certifications: Current Washington State Physical Therapy Licensure.
• Required Experience: One or more years of previous experience in all aspects of physical therapy is preferred. This position is open to new graduates.

• Maintain regulatory requirements.
• Report to work on time and as scheduled; complete work within designated timelines.
• Demonstrate the ability to adhere to the mission, ethics, and goals of MLee Healthcare.
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate with patients, guests, and staff courteously, respectfully, and helpful.

Essential Job Functions:

• Knowledge of physical medicine, physical therapy modalities, anatomy, and physiology.
• Direction of the Physical Therapy Department certified staff.
• Ability to evaluate a patient’s condition and devise an individualized physical rehabilitation and treatment plan.
• Perform assessments on patients of all age groups.

Benefits including:

Successful candidates typically begin between the beginning and midpoint of the compensation range ($39.78/ $44.50/hour), but goes all the way up to nearly $56.21 hourly depending on qualifications/experience, and receive compensation increment increases annually.
